Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
✵ Payment is in USD only.
✵ Commissions are for personal use, otherwise, discuss commercial fees with me.
✵ No reselling is allowed whatsoever.
✵ I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
✵ All commission pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.
✵ Commission pieces will not be posted to my social media without your approval.
✵ If I post your commission to my social media with your permission and you decide you would like it taken down after, I will take it down, but I am not liable for any distribution of the commission online that is not under my control.
✵ Wait times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece and the number of other projects I'm working on. However, you are guaranteed an update within every 10-day span.​
✵ I will provide you with these 3 significant updates by default and in this order:

Sketch stage
-
Painting stage
-
Rendering/detailing stage
✵ You may give feedback to me during any of these stages, but please make all your significant changes during the sketch stage if possible as those changes will be free.
✵ Payment comes in 2 main stages:

Sketch payment - done before I start the sketch stage

Main payment - done before I start the painting and rendering stages
✵ If you desire, you may discontinue the commission after the sketch stage is completed and won't be charged for the main payment.
✵ Additional charges may apply in the following event:

You request significant changes to the commission piece after the sketch stage.
✵ Refunds will only be provided for the following events:

If you make your payment but I decide not to approve of the commission.

If I am undergoing an emergency event after starting the commission and have explicitly stated I cannot complete it.

If I have not updated you after 10 days and you wish to discontinue.
✵ Once your payment is made, except for the events in which a refund may be provided, your payment is final.
✵ I may update these terms of service at any time.
