1. Head over to my commission menu and choose any of the options.

2. Please provide a detailed description and photo references of your character(s) and other subjects. A PDF file with all of your assets is preferred and appreciated.

3. ​I will reply to accept, reject, or clarify the details of your request first.

4. Depending on the complexity of your request, I may send you a simple layout of all your assets.

5. If accepted, I will provide an estimated time of completion and a quote.

6. If you are comfortable with proceeding, confirm with me, and then I will send you the invoice. Payment is upfront.

7. After the payment, I will begin the sketch stage of your commission piece. When you give feedback, please make all of your significant changes during this stage, as they will be free.

8. Feedback is welcome at any stage after the sketch, but any significant changes I deem to take over an hour to complete may incur extra charges.

9. When the piece is finished, you will receive a low-resolution preview of it. You must approve of this final piece before I send you a full-resolution version of it.

10. Any extra charges here if needed.

11. Once you approve the final low-resolution piece, I will send you a full-resolution version. If you want to be tagged in your piece on my social media pages, please provide any of your social media handles.

GENERAL

✵ Commissions are for personal use; otherwise, discuss commercial fees* with me.

✵ No reselling is allowed whatsoever.

✵ I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

✵ All commission pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.

PAYMENTS

✵ Once your payment is made, except for the events in which a refund may be provided, your payment is upfront and final.

✵ Additional charges may apply if you request significant changes to the commission piece after the Sketch Stage.

REVISIONS

✵ I will provide you with these 4 significant updates by default and in this order:

• Sketch Stage

• Painting Stage

• Rendering Stage

• Detailing Stage

✵ You may give feedback to me during any of these stages, but please make all your significant changes* during the Sketch Stage if possible, as these changes are free.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✵ Wait times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece and the number of other projects I'm working on. However, you are guaranteed an update every 10 days.

USE

✵ I may post your commission to my personal social media unless specified otherwise (in such case, fees may apply).

✵ If I post your commission to my social media with your permission and you decide you would like it taken down after, I will take it down, but I am not liable for any distribution of the commission online that is not under my control.

REFUNDS

✵ Full refunds will be provided only in the event that either of us decides to discontinue the commission before any Works In Progress (WIPs) have been submitted.

✵ Partial refunds may apply to the following scenarios:

• Refunds of 75% the original price only after Sketch Stage WIPs are submitted.

• Refunds of 50% the original price only after Painting Stage WIPs are submitted.

• Refunds of 10% the original price only after Rendering Stage WIPs are submitted.

• NO refunds after Detailing Stage WIPs or final work are submitted.

COMMUNICATION

✵ You may communicate with me through email or vgen only (with few exceptions).

✵ I may update these terms of service at any time.
